Reader Responce 6: Find a Poet

The poem I really like on this page was "Life" by Jovenia g. Salazar. I like this poem because It tell you all about life and the positives and negative things that can happen. It tells you that being on earth is a very good gift from the above and how god is the reason why you are living today in this world. I like the way they talk about love because it says '' with out love no one will see the beggining and the end. The poem was very easy to understand and would consider someone to read it.

The poem connects to my life because i do in my lifetime have bad things going on and then good things going on but no matter what happens, i will always be grateful for being earth espacially for the person who brought me to earth in the first. Talks about how tears and laughter is a good way to express your elf witch i totally agree because tears of joy and laughing out loud is a good thing to have and do. Talks about how love is importand and good to do. I have loved lots of people and it does feel good to have loved some one.

My definition of poetry would be a piece of writing that catches your feelings and emotion about what is being said. Most poems rhyme but all poems dont have to. As long as you are feeling whats is being said and feel the flow of the poem. A poem could be your own ideas about something, some of your own experiences and emotion you have or have had.
